I agree with you about the law firm. Too many mistakes and omissions. As to Daly and Co....the statement by Perrone was wrong on its face months ago. What did anyone on the board do to stop the movement toward a false narrative in their position statement and the later advertising of it? All at our expense. Nothing that I can see. But then, we aren't seeing the voting involved in all of that. If indeed there was voting and if not, why not? Crickets from everyone including Daly.
A complete failure of governance. When presented with a vote on an important subject, association members deserve and must insist on a fair and accurate statement of the underlying facts. Didn't happen. Can we expect that this will be the last such instance. I sincerely doubt it. I don't trust this board. |
