Worcester County sign regulations have little or nothing to do with OPA. As an HOA, OPA has much stricter sign regulatione. You will note that no signs can be put up in OPA without approval of ECC/Arc. One exception are signs related to campaign signs for public office.

You are well served to not accept that OPA cannot regulate any signs other than for OPA elections. Perrone and Rogers were completely wrong in telling an association member that was the case.  OPA can regulate the time public office candidate signs can be placed and when they must be removed. Currently OPA only specifies when they must be removed. 

It is truly unfortunate that our board tells an association member nothing can be done about signs in place for years.
