There is a article in today’s Washington Post which might prove both of our arguments. Dan Keating, writing about racial divide and COVID vaccinations reports that in Philadelphia federal figures show “higher percentages of Black residents having some of the lowest vaccination rates in the country” in spite of a very one sided effort to provide for that black population. He goes on to write that “data shows that while 52% of white people have received at least one dose of vaccine, just 34% black people have.” There is your answer. Not discrimination, poor choices.
