It was all of this PC crapola that made me become a “former“ broker. I use to teach a credited real estate course in the District of Columbia about how to have empathy and interact with a given customer. The DC Real Estate Commission revoked our certification and warned us about teaching the course because they believed it promoted discrimination. You must treat everyone exactly the same. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The VA itself acknowledges disparities in the VA: > First, providing access to health care doesn't, in itself, guarantee equal health outcomes.
