| Gary, Frank Brown will remain an appointed sitting director until he resigns or is replaced by an election result. He was not a candidate. Anyway, I am not sure of what you are suggesting. Any opening on the board at this time will be filled by someone picked by the remaining board members. The Farr lawsuit has not changed the bylaws. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ms Rogers did the correct thing....just trying to better the community. With her resignation is it possible the board majority could recycle Frank Brown to a sitting director thereby maintaining that majority of votes....if considering Mr Daly a part of the old world order. |
