In my retrospect view, making Trendic the only named focus of her reasons for resigning was a mistake - based on available information.

Clearly,  Slobodan is not - and should not be - the sole focus of her reasons for resigning. Death threats, being accosted in public when she was with friends, the rat poison episode, etc. are probably paramount reasons for Mrs. Rogers resigning. Mrs. Rogers's annoyance with Slobodan seems immaterial compared to the aforementioned and, in retrospect, probably should not have been mentioned by her.

However, we have now two former directors disputing some wording in an email written by Slobodan. As a lawyer of Mrs. Rogers's standing, her success somewhat relies on interpreting words. Therefore I was/am curious as to what is the root source of the "misinterpretation" since this "misinterpretation" issue has been discussed by both parties on this forum. 

Based on what we have, he did not write exactly what she verbally said he wrote.

That is what I was/am trying to ascertain.
