In my two previous emails I provided you with the information on why you should count all votes. You have Robert's Rules Article VIII, Para 46-Voting. I also informed you about Maryland Code, Election Law Title 5-Candidates.

There are other similar best practice examples on this specific election issue with the state of Texas and Washington to name just a few.

If the above info was not enough to persuade you then I hope judge's closing remarks this afternoon will make you reconsider your earlier decision.... and the Election Committee will be instructed to count all votes will . As you all know I did vote for Rick Farr and I want my vote counted.
