This is the same guy who had a public meltdown at the Yacht Club tiki bar a few years ago when the bartenders had the temerity to make last call and Janasek wanted to keep the party going, right? The same guy who loudly shouted threats and profanity at the bar staff (two of whom were women), right? 

And the people of Ocean Pines saw fit to elect this guy to the board. What did everyone think was going to happen? Bullies tend to go after people they perceive as weaker than themselves. This is just another instance of that type of behavior. 

This kind of nonsense is barely acceptable in grade school. This is the kind of nonsense that if our children did it, we would punish them. We would tell them it was wrong, and not how they should behave.

But somehow, I expect this guy will suffer precisely zero consequences for this latest display of aggressive immaturity. And he’ll probably do something similar again, because he keeps being allowed to get away with it.
