The point is to get the management and operations of this OPA to a level where it can sustain the personal interests of some of those currently controlling the PAYING Member's of OPA's expenditures.

This OPA needs to alter its course if the rest of the community is going to have any say, or participation in how it will last or continue to provide for all of it's members, not just the chosen group whom want to dictate their wishes.
