This description of a Board member's behavior is appalling.  This is not the first time Tom Janasek has used inappropriate language and behavior.  Civility is necessary to accomplish the work of governing Ocean Pines. If a director can not be civil and work together with other directors he/she should not be on the Board. It would seem appropriate to me that he be censored again and warned that if there is a repeat of behavior and language, Mr. Janasek would be removed from the Board.  The only reason I am not calling for his resignation or removal now is based on the information I have he was not warned that if he repeated the behavior he would be removed.  Colette Horn acquitted herself grace and dignity.
