Francis, here is my understanding - the initial report was not made public as it looked to be incorrect and a second test was ordered. After the second test came back ok, there really was no major problem to report. Should the second test been made public? Sure. However there is some question about who received the second test.
The important thing, assuming the testing guy is accurate, is there is no major health threat in our ponds. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks Joe! Appreciate you going to Jonah Ventures for their test results so quickly and reporting on it right back to us.. While I am relieved to learn the levels of human dna that are present do not pose any immediate threat to the public, I am not comfortable that the committee and community were kept in the dark for a year on this matter. I guess it's just one of those OPA-Land Baffling & secretive mysteries! Anyway, I won't be eating any fish out of the ponds any time too soon (never cared for freshwater fish anyway), Yikes! PS...no lynch party (that I'm aware of) was in progress, we cool |
