For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: There was a reason for not sharing that first report and the chair of your committee apparently believes not sharing was reasonable considering ACT said the test was an anomaly. The reason was not to alarm people based on questionable information. We can certainly debate that, but there was a reason. The first report, sent only to Tom Janasek in November contained the following note from Kathy Phillips of ACT: “• we decided to re-take the sample OM3WIRH9 because that extremely elevated level of Human01 seemed to be an anomaly. We’re waiting for the results.” The resampling test came back in December 2020. Janasek delivered it to the Admin Building in August or September 2021. |
