You replied, "I also think Ken Wolf is a great chairperson trying to play down any so called conspiracy. It is true that I took those minutes, however, Mr. Wolf and the entire committee approved them as written. They accurately portray what happened and that is a indisputable fact."

I am not denying or refuting in any way that Ken Wolf did not say what you reported he said in the meeting minutes.

What I am saying is in my conversation with Wolf there was a lot more going on beyond that one simple sentence in the minutes. A reasonable concern about causing panic based on what was bad information, for example. 

Hopefully, the new liaison will sort it all out so we can avoid this sort of controversy in the future.

Again, I'm just glad there is no human waste pollution in the ponds worth worrying about.
