Section 4: General Subject: Polluted North Gate Pond? Msg# 1141530

Joe:
Apparently we are talking about two different issues. What I care about is the fact that there were test results in the hands of the board that were not being shared with the committee who asked for the results of the tests they commissioned, or for that matter individual members who followed proper protocol. This is, in my opinion, a direct violation of Title 11-B. If the ponds need to be fixed they will be fixed, but how do we change the board’s bad behavior? Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty, I wrote, "I spoke with Ken Wolf today. He does not believe the minutes adequately describe his conversation with Viola, nor what he thought of the situation at the time." You replied, "I also think Ken Wolf is a great chairperson trying to play down any so called conspiracy. It is true that I took those minutes, however, Mr. Wolf and the entire committee approved them as written. They accurately portray what happened and that is a indisputable fact." I am not denying or refuting in any way that Ken Wolf did not say what you reported he said in the meeting minutes. What I am saying is in my conversation with Wolf there was a lot more going on beyond that one simple sentence in the minutes. A reasonable concern about causing panic based on what was bad information, for example. Hopefully, the new liaison will sort it all out so we can avoid this sort of controversy in the future. Again, I'm just glad there is no human waste pollution in the ponds worth worrying about. |
