Ed, get the timeline down on when anyone but Janasek may have been aware of the second report results from December, otherwise your comments make no sense. March????

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Actually, the tempest gets to be smaller and smaller. Who commissioned the reports; who got the reports; what was done with them and over what time frame since the first was concerning but questionable and the second was "good news"? And if the results of the second were shared with the chairman of the committee, why wasn't that reflected in the committee minutes? And why weren't the content of both reports shared with the committee in real time? (I can understand withholding the first from the rumor mill but once the committee was aware of it, why was the December report shared in March when the committee was known to be aware of the first concerning report?) Since malpractice literally means bad practice, you can't believe this has been good practice. No, spare me, please. |
