Unnecessary fuss.<<< At one time the Seacrets lease process was all out in open and transparent. Fully discussed at open board meetings. In fact, it was that transparency that led me about 10 years ago to discover Seacrets had built structures on OPA property without permission. Recently the lease is done behind closed doors and members don’t know a thing until after the fact. The last one was signed by the past board president without approval of the board, in violation of the bylaws |
