| The "unnecessary fuss" comment was about the Secrets lease. It is available per the bylaws just like always. Mr. Reynolds source is posturing and didn't appreciate my going through proper channels in a polite, professional and timely way requesting a copy while informing the Board and the Committee Chair. As for the water tests, there is no conspiracy. The chain of custody is very clear. The results were sent to a past liaison to the Committee. I expect to be very involved with the ENA committee going forward. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You're right about the transition of the mindset from ordinary OPA member to board member. It hasn't taken long. "Unnecessary fuss'??? Nothing to see here, let's move on. You have just asked the key question that I have been asking for weeks. There was a definite breakdown of communication between the board or the board liaison to the environmental committee or the head of the committee as to what was in the reports and who got the important second report that reinforced the hunch that the first test was erroroneous. Some members of the committee did not know that the December report said that there was not a dangerous condition in that pond until very recently. That has led to allegations and rebuttals of the "conspiracy theory" depending on your particular mindset. Who got that report and when?? But it was just an unnecessary fuss. Unbelievable. |
