During the last election Lackernick made unsubstantiated charges of bias against the committee chair and the committee. These charges undermined the credibility of the election and impugned the character of the entire committee. The committee chair presented documentation that completely and totally refuted Lackernick’s claims.
To this date he has not offered a public apology to the committee. Until he does so I will continue to vote against him holding any position within the Association. I consider him unfit for office.

This is rather astonishing, given Daly making the deciding vote to hold a new election and not have Farr on the ballot. A judge saw this as a bad faith act on the part of the board. Daly’s vote may well have caused OPA to lose the court case.

Daly is more or less accusing Lakernick of doing the same sort of thing Lakernick could accuse Daly of doing. One can reasonably expect some association members find Daly also unfit for office based on his actions. 

Lakernick should not have made those comments about the Election Committee and Daly should not have ignored OPA counsel’s legal advice.

It was time to move on. Apparently that has not really happened. This holding of grudges is truly regrettable. Ed Moran is correct  Schoolyard stuff.

The vote exposing the grudges is truly unfortunate. It only served to further divide and served no good purpose.
