For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Resolution C-01 and the By-Laws look out of sync with respect to the question of committee chair’s responsibilities re: committee applicants. Bylaws should trump Resolutions. You are correct. The Resolution does not reflect the wording in the bylaws. |
