| As Liaison to a Committee, my role is very limited. I do not actively participate in the Committee. I act as a go between, answer questions, send charging documents, etc. I saw no reason not to approve the application in my role. I believe when the new committee assignments were made, the President reached out to all chairs and asked that the applications include the Chairperson’s notes regarding the applicant. She read these notes at the meeting. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Can you explain why you chose not to vote after endorsing him and also why the board decided to vote on each individual rather than on the list put forward by each committee as a whole, which has been the process in the past. |
