| Thanks Monica. The process is in the bylaws and Resolutions. Nothing secret. Nominations are to come from committee chair. Committee members serve 100% at the pleasure of the board. only formal qualification is member must be eligible to vote in elections. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I emailed each director and asked for an explanation of the approval/rejection process for a committee volunteer. If I receive a response I will share it here on the forum. |
