For the third time in this discussion today, I have a copy of a recent survey that depicts the encroachment. I got it from Ocean Pines. 

The Environment & Natural Assets Advisory was in fact using said plat when we were trying to determine if there was any use that OP might make of the wetlands between the parking and the bay, however, we were essentially told by the board majority to “stay in our lane” and not fool with it.
