For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I would still take the 99 year lease arrangement in a New York second. I know. Unfortunate. $1 million = $10,000 a year in today’s dollars. What are we getting now per year on a 5-year lease? $50,000 or more? I don’t recall. |
