| Information from estimates and others in the Pines, indicate that one could spend $2500 / year for landscaping and mowing for a postage stamp size lot. It would interesting if OP considered offering an option to cover everything that Bayside includes. How much would it cost? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Speculation is a joy to behold. The $4500 removes options. No choice of mowing one’s own lawn. No choice of insurance coverage. No choice of not paying a fee for pool use. No choice of not paying for garbage collection, etc. Many might like this setup If OPA were to add mandatory pool fees, mandatory garbage collection, mandatory lawn or grounds service, etc., there might well be riots in the streets. |
