For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This HOA fee suits me perfectly because it includes the things that are important to me and my family. OPA would never be able to include the amenities for all because you don’t have the capacity. We do, and if I was paying for year round pool and tennis membership I think the fees would be comparable. Add in the fitness center and that I can take guests and it’s a better value for me. Likewise OPA has homeowners paying for police protection and amenities they may never use. Everyone needs to find the place that suits their needs. |
