| I referred to this example as a "condo" because that is what they call themselves, but in fact these are all single homes with about 1/8 acres of property each. And I certainly never called for OPA to begin individual property maintenance. I only cited this example in reply to someone else's similar post. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: OPA is not a condo association, with some minor exceptions, and those are handled by separate condo association entities in addition to the OPA HOA, I believe. I don't think anyone has the slightest idea of the massive cost and required changes in DRs it might take to provide property maintenance on all properties in OP. These calls for doing so, or even looking into it, are ridiculous. |
