Kidding about the price or the option of having OPA do it at additional cost for those who want it?
The entire idea is ridiculous in my opinion. For starters, each section would have to approve necessary changes to the DRs to allow OPA to do what you propose. Second, why would anyone vote for such a DR change when the additional cost added to the assessment would be a moving target? Third, you mention "option." Could owners opt in or opt out whenever they pleased? To use my favorite word of late -- this is all nonsense. |
