For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Along with a policy, there would need to be an enforcement portion to that. However, there seems to be no code of conduct or accountability of any kind for the OP board. In my opinion, it seems we have people on a board behaving like standard HOA board members. With the size of our community and scope of responsibilities for the board, we need professionals who are able to compartmentalize and set their personal issues aside. This isn’t about gossiping about a neighbor’s garden, these are serious issues that could lead, as I said, to the people of ocean pines paying to defend yet another lawsuit brought on by the (mis)behavior of this board. “ I think we’re beyond allowing the Board to stack itself with like minded supporters with appointments. All representation should be from the voters. “With great power comes great responsibility.” — we need representation that is humbled by their role and the honor placed upon them. Not drunk with power. |
