I believe Orr should make this decision on TJ and his appearing at the facilities.
Wheatley took this to the police and will or will not follow up on it as she will. The Board should not once again get involved in something that is so ‘fine lined’ as this incident. It also proves an ongoing a vendetta against TJ, I believe. Doug Parks did the correct thing to vote no. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Was the prior altercation between Tim J and the GM at a Matt Orr location? I seem to remember there were numerous times he negatively approached the GM. It is Tom Janasek, not Tim. Janasek apparently went after GM Viola on a number of occasions over many months in more than one location, including an incident when Viola was celebrating his birthday with family at the Yacht Club, and another at the golf clubhouse. |
