| I've always tried to answer questions from homeowners. I've never been instructed not to. It has been made clear that a Director is not to direct staff. For example, If I don't know the answer to a finance question, I don't directly go to Mr. Phillips for the answer but instead direct the homeowner to info@oceanpines.org. I have written emails to the info line myself. It's very efficient. | ||||||
