I wanted to have the paper trail that allowed me to be more objective. So I asked for the documentation for why Mr. Perrone as treasurer did not have the information you sought about the reserve fund of 25% that became law in Maryland.
Sorry, but you are totally confused or I did not make it clear. There is no law requiring 25%. You asked for “documentation” of why PERRONE did not have an immediate answer for the questions I raised? Who the heck do you believe has such “documentation?” This is becoming more and more ridiculous. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I missed the point of this. I didn't specifically ask the board members this time. I wanted to have the paper trail that allowed me to be more objective. So I asked for the documentation for why Mr. Perrone as treasurer did not have the information you sought about the reserve fund of 25% that became law in Maryland. I wanted to prove to myself I can find out the information if I put in the effort to find it. The board members should be able to answer my questions and have the documentation to support the answer. I think the treasurer of all people should have the information at his fingertips. I have been on boards, an officer on boards and staff to boards. It is my experience that most people are honest and just want to serve in whatever capacity they find themselves. Does that mean there are not staff and boards who misrepresent. embezzle, and lie of course not. Plenty of examples are available to show dishonest individuals and whole boards who are in collusion. But almost always there is a whistle blower. It may not prevent a catastrophe from happening. |
