Perhaps. I do not know. However, the other question remains - a percent of what? Why is it a percent of $20 million? Probably an explanation, but not one provided as far as I am aware. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks for setting the record straight about how the OP reserves are influenced by the new Md. statute. Seems that OP's target of 22% to 28% is well aligned with the intent of the statute. And now we do need that consultant's input.
