What outcome are you expecting with a board loaded in the direction of Parks, Farr, Lakernick and Ratkowski? Why would you think a board without a majority would be worse? Seems pretty odd to me.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where:
I have read your Post and the replies. Sorry, but i can't agree with your opinion of electing Lakernick, Peck, and Steve Jacobs would hopefully be the best outcome. You merely hope to make the 2 sides equal with Steve as a swing vote. I could not disagree more. Lakernick, Monica, and Steve would be my pick only because Paula is not as well known as Steve. We have been full time residents sinse April 2020, owners since 2015. In those 2 years we've seen the board strongly disagree about putting a 1 million $ cap on their ability to spend without the general membership approval, loose a costly lawsuit contesting Mr. Farr's right to run for a board member position, ignore a JUDGES's directive, proceed spending our money on this loosing lawsuit and all because of an anonymous email that someone spent a lot of money covering up the trail. And now they are pusueing, with our money again, a frivolus lawsuit to be able to limit the uses of our facilities which rumors say wasn't all one sided, and they have so far not been able obtain legal representative and have ignored our own attorny's advise. Yes there are positives but I am not alone in questioning whether some of these board members are truely after the best for us, or the best for them. How can people who care for our community not feel that maybe we need fresh blood that can possibly ease the tensions a little and if they don't we have the ability to vote them out. I feel Rick Farr would make a wonderful president and with a supportive team remove some of the hateful power play politicing.
