you are correct about rumors, thinking in hindsight. What opinion should one form from a board that ignores a judge's statements. What was the attorny's viewpoint and reasoning?Why did a board member seeking re-election not recluse himself from all votes concerning the election issue. These are just a few observations of the which I have wondered about.
I joined this forum so i can learn and hopefully get some of my questions answered. When and if i can retire early next year, i will spend more time and will able to be more factual. I guess what i would like to see is a board with no politcal power ambitions. Utopia? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Thanks for your opinion. BTW, Your comments do contain some factual errors. Also, reliance on rumors, at any level, is not a good basis to include in decision making. The $1 million cap may well prove to be a mistake. I say that as one who tended to support it. |
