For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: KEN Your assumption is wrong. It was totally legal for a new OP bylaw to impose new restrictions. But as a result YES it was necessary for Farr to change his mode of property ownership then restoring him to be eligible for re-election. There appears no one more directly effected. That's the politics of targeting. As well as targeting any folks in that class of equitable owners. |
