Their chances of success are improved if the GM is not micro-managed.
I have heard this micro-manage description for 30 years. I have not seen it happen. In fact, had the board done a little micromanaging when Hill was GM, we might be all the richer.
Furthermore, I don't see Viola allowing micro-management. |
