| I think on line voting absolutely contributed to there being zero late ballots v 290. I personally heard from many of my Baltimore and PA friends that they received their ballots late in the mail and voted electronically because they didn't believe there was enough time to mail back the ballot and have it arrive in time. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Savings? The cost for online voting was greater than saved postage cost. Any suggestion that online voting was the reason for no late mailed returns is nonsensical. |
