I love these anecdotal stories. 
764 people representing 811 lots voted via the internet. 2000 or so returned via mail and none were late. But your many friends in Baltimore and PA were the outliers who would have been late and saved by the internet.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I think on line voting absolutely contributed to there being zero late ballots v 290. I personally heard from many of my Baltimore and PA friends that they received their ballots late in the mail and voted electronically because they didn't believe there was enough time to mail back the ballot and have it arrive in time. |
