| Joe, you may be right about dropping Scranton but it seems to me that this count discrepancy is largely due to paper ballots. I don’t recall issues with counting paper ballots last year. Why this year? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: At this point it is up to the board. The reality is, the board made at least two major errors - Dumping use of the Scantron machine about three years ago Rush to Internet voting this year with no considerations of ramifications. |
