Don’t you think it is about time Ocean Pines either starts listening to our current attorney or engage Ayers Jenkins Gordy & Almond PA as our counsel?
We do not know what OPA's attorney told the board in closed session. I have always thought OPA would be best served by local counsel. I also believe OPA counsel should be present at all board meetings, as was the practice until Bill Rakow said it was not necessary since all the "legal stuff" is just common sense anyway - or words to that effect. Whether Bruce Bright and/or the firm he is with would want the position is unknown. I certainly would support such a move to local counsel. |
