TJ may be entitled to damages resulting from the YC ban and I cant wait to hear what that argument would be. Like Bruce says, you have to work with what you have and you have to get particularly creative if you are gonna argue that TJ lost money because of the Board's conduct.
Typically not entitles to legal fees though, not unless there is some specific state law allowing feeshifting. Which there may very well be in case of contractual disputes involving bad faith. If not, the Board may want to think through writing that check. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This court order on the TRO does not end the case. However, it is likely that OPA and/or Janasek will seek some out-of-court settlement. Look for a potential OPA Board of Directors motion at some point to pay Tom Janasek's legal fees, and possibly more. |
