Look for a potential OPA Board of Directors' motion at some point to pay Tom Janasek's legal fees, and possibly more.
Please educate me (and likely other Forum members). OPA board votes to ban Janasek; Janasek wins a stay on the ban pending a full court review; full court review is in favor of Janasek so the ban is fully quashed. Case is over, no? Why would we be talking legal fees and possibly more? He pays Bright to win......... OPA likely pays higher insurance premiums to lose. Everyone moves on. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: This court order on the TRO does not end the case. However, it is likely that OPA and/or Janasek will seek some out-of-court settlement. Look for a potential OPA Board of Directors motion at some point to pay Tom Janasek's legal fees, and possibly more. |
