Court throws ‘bad faith’ around a lot. I call BS.
Hummmm. Judges write legal opinions and orders. Whatever one thinks of the decision, the OPA Board of Directors has now been found to have acted in bad faith by two different judges in two different cases. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Court throws ‘bad faith’ around a lot. I call BS. What is this ‘bad faith’ they are relying on? The idea that the board is out to get Janasek is ludicrous. If this had been handled by someone familiar with the situation instead of an outside attorney I’d expect better representation. Certainly not your fault. |
