| Courts act responsibly, thoughtfully, thorougly, unlike a lot of people who comment unknowingly on internet forums. "Ludicrous" is one of those silly, hyperbolic words that is used too often but rarely applies. Lawyers advance arguments they are able to advance based on the facts and law of the case, i.e., they work with what they have. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Court throws ‘bad faith’ around a lot. I call BS. What is this ‘bad faith’ they are relying on? The idea that the board is out to get Janasek is ludicrous. If this had been handled by someone familiar with the situation instead of an outside attorney I’d expect better representation. Certainly not your fault. |
