Why do I bother? This case was absolutely a crystal clear poster child of “bad faith” by our past board majority and it should scare everyone of us. The sitting board majority took action for one reason and one reason only, and that reason was because it was about Tom Janasek. BTW, if I am not mistaken, at least two different Judges have ruled bad faith by the past board majority. Nobody is throwing the terminology around loosely, certainly not any Circuit court Judge. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Court throws ‘bad faith’ around a lot. I call BS. What is this ‘bad faith’ they are relying on? The idea that the board is out to get Janasek is ludicrous. If this had been handled by someone familiar with the situation instead of an outside attorney I’d expect better representation. Certainly not your fault. |
