ORDERED, that enforcement of the ban by Ocean Pines Association,
its Board, its employees, and its law enforcement agency shall continue to be
stayed and enjoined by this Court pending final disposition of this matter;
and it is further

ORDERED, that Plaintiff shall continue to be entitled to use and be
present at, within, and upon, any and all Ocean Pines Association facilities
and amenities that are available for use by Ocean Pines Association
members, so long as Plaintiff continues to be a member in good standing of
the Ocean Pines Association; and it is further
ORDERED, that Plaintiff’s ordinary use and presence at OPA
amenities and facilities (including those identified in the Board’s notice of
the ban) shall not constitute and may not be treated by OPA, its Board, its
employees, or its law enforcement agency as a trespass or other criminal
matter during the pendency of this case.
