They can refuse service to whoever they want, for whatever reason they want, for any non-discriminatory reason. Their bosses, however, might have a problem with that, in certain circumstances. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I did. I just don't understand why the bartenders at the Y.C. or any other OP setting that serves alcohol can't simply "flag" someone for a period of time because of bad behavior? In my younger days I saw guys "flagged" for two or three weeks and, in rare cases, "flagged" forever! It seems anymore in OP that even the simplest thing turns into a court case......guess the lawyers have car payments to? |
