For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy. You just give me your address and pay cash/credit. It's been that way for at least 10 years. Sounds like maybe OP could have lost money with you not getting the proper ID to make sure the person coming in was in fact a resident. What is protocol according to those running the pool operation as far as checking IDs. |
