Long term renters can bring their lease and purchase memberships at the resident rate. My issue is a owner who every week has a large group renting and they get the rate..working the pools I see very large groups give the same address | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I see this differently. If someone is renting out their property here, the owner of that property is paying OPA's HOA fees and is entitled to "owner privileges". The owner is passing those privileges over to the renter and the renter should be offered the property owner's rates. They are paying rent after all. |
