We share a similar opinion of Joe as I worked closely with him during the work on the turnover agreements and related matters. I completely agree with your comments on the matter. I have never liked the concept of having an association attorney from across the bridge. I don't know if board matters have become more complex Or if the members seem to make them so. Either way, they need someone sitting with them that knows the law, the OPA regs and the history and will provide some consistency as boards change complexion each year. It's truly frustrating to watch the same mistakes replicated every four years....or less.
