You are correct. I took another look at the Gazette article and it contained the following: When reached for comment on Monday, Parks did not even agree that there was a problem in the first place.“I don’t see that there’s any issue at all,” he said. “We’re making sure you’re a member. There is no issue to talk about … We stand by the rule that says if you want to make a public comment, you’ll have to come to the meeting.” He added that anyone who may think the rule is unfair is welcome to reach out to him directly. |
